Very little time between clinical and theory work. 2 weeks vacation. Hard work, but worth every minute as we got excellent experience in all fields.

Graduated in Fall, 1946, but was never included in this class or mine (1947) class picture, nor did I receive a year book with my picture in it. My husband and I have contributed yearly to alumni/school nursing.

There were only 3 of us, so we sort of hung together and the single girls were friendly, but there was that difference.

Yes, definitely. Made a head nurse on North one immediately after graduating and then promoted to asst. night supervisor before leaving in 1952.
