Comments on influence of marital status none that I'm aware of. I did not marry until much later in life.

Comments on influence of cultural background My high school years were spent by moving from school to school. Making these moves I met and interacted with teachers and students. This was a great help in "patient care" and also I developed a "people care." Me, I was a serious Christian with a desire to help people, to make a difference where possible, starting with my siblings and parents.

I overcame the fear of [unfinished] 2. which was necessary for me to become a competent nurse.
