Additional comments |
The quality of my education and training stood me in good stead everywhere I worked. I made lifelong friends and see many of then when I return to U.Va. for family reunions. In 1945 I was inducted into the TJ Society. In 1946 I accompanied 2 sisters for the same ceremony. This year we will return for the induction of another sister. My years at U.Va. were satisfying and productive, even though we were consumed by news and events of the war.
