The highlight of my experience was receiving the Sidney Sullivan award see #32. I found it very meaningful to stroll near Mr. Jefferson's Rotunda and to study at the library where I spent many happy hours. Also the interaction with many of the professors in classroom discussions, especially on the subject of sex and marriage by Dr. Hoffer which was a taboo subject at the time. Many students were deeply offended by the very topic. My background as a psychiatric nurse afforded me the ability to be objective which resulted in a very interesting experience.
