Why did you choose UVA?
Comments on choice to attend UVA I wanted a college degree and to be an RN. That program was fairly new and not available many places. I didn't want to stay in Richmond and didn't go to MCV.

Incidents that caused these community feelings We only had one night class on the grounds in 2 years. Rest was in the School of Nursing and of course weren't there but 2 years.

Comments on influence of marital status I wasn't married. It was good that way. We did marry the August after we gradutated in June.

Comments on preparedness Because I worked at MCV afterwards as well as a small town hospital in Oklahoma and felt "ahead of the game" at both hospitals.
