Description of UVA classroom experiences
Comments on classroom experiences Good. The nursing program was not typical. We had classes in the Med School, on campus in evenings with (Ed. School) the football team and in McKim Hall.
Description of UVA professor interactions
Comments on professor interactions Distant. Only one nursing professor was very friendly, got to know us, invited us to her home. Almost every class in McKim/Hospital was negative in attitude - critical of work - rarely praised.
Who impacted your life at UVA?

Additional comments When I attended U.Va., there were 200 women and 4000 men. We were not truly integrated with the men except for a few classes. We spent most of our time in McKim or the hospital. I think the present program is better, even though I loved Mary Washington. The entire college experience was a goal of mine that I have treasured through the years.
