Comments on life impact	Professor--Betty Norris, Nsg. She treated RN students with caring, understanding, and respect. Acknowledged our former nursing education/experiences as being valid.

Comments on memorable educational experience	Feeling frustrated and angry that the great majority of nursing faculty members disregarded previous nursing knowledge, skills, and education as well as future goals for RN students. Felt like bothersome stepchild. Did enjoy non-nursing course and challenges of gen ed.
