Most memorable UVA educational experience
Comments on memorable educational experience I was pregnant at graduation. All my professors were aware of my pregnancy and had made arrangements if I had to miss exams. However I never missed a single day. Prior to graduation I received a letter from a trustee stating that the Board of Trustees decided that it would "not be proper for a pregnant woman to march in the procession at a gentleman's university and felt I should not be a part of the ceremony." Needless to say I didn't even attend.
