Comments on choice to attend UVA 1) exposure to school while my older sister attended U.Va.
How did you finance UVA?
Comments on financing Parents. Worked 44 hrs. per week in the hospital (including class time) so tuition was inexpensive

Incidents that caused these community feelings School of nursing at the time was under the Med. School and not considered a separate entity.
Vivid UVA memories
Comments on vivid memories Friends made--worked and socialized with a small group of girls with common interests so that relationships were close. The work experience was a confidence builder. Nurses were well prepared for state boards and to my knowledge no U.Va. graduate ever failed.
