Additional comments |
I recognize that I was a U.Va. student at a different age and time, involving expectations and traditions that are no longer. During my years, the nursing students staffed the hospital's general nursing activities; the hospital could not have functioned without us. Example: when I was 18/19 yrs. old as a student I was in charge of a female ward of 30-40 patients (on night duty and working alone).
